Session 6: Movement Medicine

Leading a horse out to pasture will never be the same. Learn how to let the body lead and refine that wisdom as you interact with horses. Synch up, breathe into tight areas, modify movement patterns slightly to find what feels best … together. “Shall We Dance?” Exercise: Discover therapeutic games with horses and share experience to benefit others.
